Carter's Doing His Patriotic Duty...

This was Carter's old house. He was very content with it until after listening to Obama's speech last night. Afterwards he got to thinking, and I could tell by the look on his face that he was not happy. I asked what was wrong, and he told me how he felt like he was not doing his part to help the country during these grave economic times. He then told me that he wanted to do his part in getting the economy going. He contemplated buying up some "toxic assests", but he admitted that his assest was already plenty toxic (I blame it on the green beans that he had for supper). He then came up with this....

... Carter decided to build an addition onto his house, and in doing so help stimulate the economy. That's my boy!!! The new box came from the new dishwasher we got (that's right the Nelsons finally broke down and bought a dishwasher).

What a Long Strange Trip Its Been....

One year down. We celebrated Carter's b-day last Sunday. Typical one year old b-day - he had presents, beer, and bitches.
